Health

Hi Everyone,

Okay so I want to do a quick post about Health. Especially for our so called "minorities". They say that we are in the red zone for having High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer and everything else they name. I don't want to see my people get these thing let alone die from these things. So I believe that its best to try to eat something healthy.

Hate to say this but we, as a people, need to cut down on the meat. This is the root of our problems. It lies in the meat. They pump lots of artificial chemicals in the meat and add meat glue to peace the meat together and steroids to make the meat bigger. When you eat meat you are also consuming the hormones of that animal. Hence fear when they go into the slaughter house. Now, there has just been a passing of a bill that allows America to receive meat from other places overseas. So now we don't really know where the meat is coming from. I don't know if you guys have seen the movie "Contagion" but it was talking about a wide spread epidemic that started in Hong Kong and made it to America. Just telling you guys what the movie is about. No offence to Hong Kong. So we could be consuming rats and not know it because our meat is coming from an unknown source and plus they clone the meat.

America is embarrassed to say that they are running out of resources but they are. This is off topic but if you go in a grocery store to get apple juice notice that they say that the concentrate comes from either Peru or China. America is literally out of resources. Okay, back to the subject:

I know that this can be really hard but of the hard times that we are facing but try to invest in some fruit or vegetables. This would be a more healthier choice towards your diet. There are a lot of vitamins and minerals in fruits and vegetables and its actually a myth when they say that there isn't much proteins.

Because they bleach the white bread its best to get wheat. One hundred percent whole wheat is good to. My personal choice is Honey Wheat. Wheat is a better choice because you don't have to worry about extra chemicals in the bread as they do in white bread and plus it has fiber.

Good ol' fashioned water also helps maintain the minerals that you need. Not only it helps with skin but it also helps with keeping ourselves right on the inside. Our body is roughly 95% water. So its good to add water within our diet to help cleanse those toxins and unwanted chemicals that seem to be in our way.

Working out. Yep, its as essential as keeping a healthy diet. Try exercising twice or three times a week. This well not only help keep the weight off but it can also keep your metabolism going and keep you from seeing the doctor almost once every two weeks. No one likes going to the doctor. Also maintaining a healthy diet and exercise will keep you from taking pills and help avoid all the things that we are at a high risk for.

God Bless.

Art

Hey Everyone,

One thing I am beginning to notice that there isn't much art out there. Where are all of our talented artists go.

We need to introduce our children into art. There are so much out there than sports and reality tv shows. Yeah it may not be as appealing as the latest video game or the new iPhone. But it is apart of our culture as well. If we introduce them to this early than it would be easier for acceptance. Like I said before, we have a very rich culture and we should be proud of it.

We have lots of things that I feel has died out even Graffiti:

So much has left us. I say to all of our talented artists out there, keep representing for us because we need more of it.

God Bless.

All One

Hi Everybody,

I wanted to talk about how we are One. It's true. We are. No just us doing what we do best but for our communities and nature that surrounds us everyday. We have to be aware of our surroundings because our ecosystem is what helps us stay alive.

See we look at our fellow countries like we don't have anything to do with them. So when a natural disaster happens, we look around and say, " Well that's over there" or "what does that have to do with me or us". It has a lot to do with us. What effects one area effects all areas. We have to be conscious about this. That way we can be proactive when things happen. Not just with natural disasters but also with crime rates and our communities as well.

See as "minorities", we live mostly in the suburbs, urban and rural areas. Its already hard for us to live in standard living so look what happens when a natural disaster happens:

Hurricane Katrina

Haiti Earthquake

Super Typhoon Haiyan

Ebola Outbreak in Africa

All of these places have been effected but because it didn't happen in our current location, we are most likely to ignore it. Why is that? I never could fully understand the logic in that. They are our people too. They live and have families and work hard to survive like we are. Everyday there is a struggle and we are very strong people to go through the things that we been through and still strive. All of this by the Grace of God. We are strong people when we stand alone but we are even stronger if we stand together. So why don't we come together and treat each other like family.

God Bless.

Natural

Hi Everybody,

This post is about going natural. I am so proud of my brothers and sisters out there going natural. This means going back to your roots of who you really are and connecting with God within you. This is a huge transition and it means more than transitioning your hair to a more natural state is about going back to your roots. The Hebrew Roots.

Natural is more than just losing the make up and the weave and the fancy clothes. Its about going inside your self and feeling good about yourself for you and no body else.

See you are connecting with God. We are the true people and we should be able to love each other and ourselves for what God has made us to be. We are made in his image and it wouldn't hurt to go natural and do what feels good for our spirits. Whether it be reading the bible, doing daily meditation, yoga or even taichi.

When you go natural it doesn't just mean losing the society image, it also means getting out of the matrix and being who you truly are inside. No matter what the cost. There will be others that choose to stay in the societal terms and that's fine. Going Natural is a personal choice. We have the free will to make our own decisions. However, I believe that if you go Natural your are connected with the Spirit of God and you are more in tuned with the universe that is around you. Remember Samson?

So going Natural is way deeper than hair, skin, nails, and body. It's about connecting to God. Connecting to the Universe. God is the Universe. So lets all keep this in mind as your transition from the society towards going to a more natural state of mind.

God Bless.

Lifting Each Other Up

Hi everybody,

I know its been awhile since I written a post. This one is about lifting each other up. We should lift each other up. As I grew up I notice that people of color are having a hard time congratulating people or just being happy about d someone else's well being. I just don't get it. In the so-called minority communities I have noticed that no one is supporting one another. This is very dominant in the black community.

I did a previous blog about status. See this world goes by status. What do you have? How much money do you have? This is nonsense. We need to be more supportive of each other. We have to be. We see the Caucasian race excelling in the matrix and we want to be just like them or excel like them. We do not have to be just like them to make it.

We need to first start supporting our own people by supporting our own businesses. We see the Asian communities and Latino communities do this we need to support our own no matter what.

Secondly, as stated in a previous blog, support our children. Whatever they want to do let's support and not compare them to there brothers or sister or cousins. This kills trust quick with kids. This is a crucial time for them. Many still don't know what they want to do in life, just continue to be supportive and don't suggest any high paying jobs. Teenagers these days don't want to here it.

Lastly, be proud of your cultural background. God gave us beautiful culture from all over the world. We must be proud of having such a rich culture and stop trying to change it to please the Caucasian race. Nobody cares what they think. Just know that our culture is rich and go out there and own it.

Four hundred years we didn't have anything, we must be able to see past our scars and know that we are beautiful. We have to lift each other up. Support each other help each other strive because nobody else is going to help us out.

God Bless.

Youth and Role Models

The Youth are the most impressionable group that we have on the entire planet. They want to know how things work. They want to know about culture and their origin in the world. Now, because they are impressionable they are easy to get influenced. The closest thing that can influence them is the TV screen. Many girls and boys want to know what's fashionable and what's cool. Kids are very smart and they know a lot more than what we think these days. Now when it comes to music and things they see all of this craziness:

Nicki Minaj

Wiz Khalifa
Beyonce
Future

They have entertainers like this as role models. Because of the era that we are living in, there really aren't any good role models out there that can help shape our kids into having high self-esteem and have lots of respect for themselves. Instead they see this and they think that this is how they are suppose to look and act. There is nothing wrong with style, and fashion. However, the messages within the songs doesn't seem so positive. So we have a flashy style with negative influence. These are not the role models we need our young brothers and sisters to be looking at. They see us as big brothers and sisters that they look up to and we want to make sure that we do best to become the most positive role models for them.

Its already bad enough that for video games we have things like:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

 And:

Destiny

Batman: Arkham Night

Now, I don't see a problem with teens playing this game. Getting out of high school, they want something to play to pass their time. Its the young elementary kids and the middle schoolers that I have the problem. They are too young to be playing these kinds of games. I know that as parents you want to be able to spoil your children but playing these teen or mature games can be very problematic. It'll mess up the kids psyche and then after awhile they will be thinking that they can do this stuff in real life.

We should be able to let them be kids and run around and play. Take them out to the park and play their favorite sports or get involved with the playground then when they get of age, have them play some video games. As far as video games go, we can get them Nintendo or some vintage capcom games like Mega Man or something like that. These modern games are too dark and grunge like for them to play. They have to get up in age for those.

Also as far as role models have them around some positive role models. I know that it is easier said that done but there are some really good role models out there. Its just that the media will not cover them as much.

Trust me they are out there.

Peace.

Men

Alright Guys, its your turn. We all know that you guy have a lot of talent and carry yourselves very well. However, when you are trying to make it in a society that's not quite in your corner like you want them to be, things can get very difficult. Because you have a very strong presence, you are intimidating to society. Okay? Society doesn't like what they see. It's not your fault. We didn't make the system, but we built the country. What's the irony in that? We built the very country that rejects us. It's crazy if we think about it. Let's face it, when you guys become strong, independent and have a strong intellect, it can be a problem. They then know that you guys will naturally exceed expectations of the system. So what do they do?

They build walls for you. The higher the walls are the better because they are trying to wear you guys out so you guys won't have a the spirit to try any more. You know, after a so many times, you get tired and you be like "forget it". See, the higher ups knows this. They know that we as a people have a low tolerance for the B.S. that they give us out here. So they play on that. To be able to deal with that is to build up on patience. Now why do they build all kinds of walls for you and have you run around in circles forever in a maze?

They don't want to see any Black guys with high intellect. If you guys have high intellect, than you can see what the system is all about and they know that you will rebel against it. You will know what it is all about. Then you will have the drive and determination to speak against them and the evil that is being done. You will be empowered and you will not be a mental slave to the system anymore. Because you are built with a strong drive that God has put in you, you will be able to start educating people on the bare bones of the system and be able to move crowds.

They don't want that so they try their best to dumb you down as much as they can. They do it with reverse psychology, stereotypes, media, entertainment such as movies, music, and sports. Through imagery and symbols. They put it in anything. They put blocks on politicians and everything else. Once you have full knowledge and understanding of what they are doing you will become and activist and work hard to start a revolution.

They see you guys as a threat. Because whatever you put your mind to, the people are going to follow. Regardless of what "nationality" or "country" they are from. They are going to be inspired and they are going to want to follow you guys and be inspired to spread all of this. See you guys have the strength and the power to do all of this. God gave it to you. Its a major blessing. They know that it will be a time where this may tempt to happen. That's why they try hard to keep you guys distracted, cripple you financial so you won't have to resources to fund for this type of thing, and for those who are conscious. They lock up our brothers, or try to lock you guys up. Or try to kill you guys so this can stop any revolution and further education of other brothers and sisters of who they are and what this system is about.

Nowadays, you don't have to do anything to be in jail. All you got to do is breathe and they will lock you up. It's sad but it's true. They are so intimidated by you guys that they go after our little brothers and kill them:

They have always been intimidated by you guys because of your influence on the world. Your influence does more than just spark fashion and appreciation of culture. God gave you guys the power to be very strong and powerful black men. You guys can technically start a revolution if you wanted. So they do these things to you to break your spirits and have you just succumb to whatever they throw at you. It's sad but its True.

Continue to inspire you guys. Don't stop because the odds are stacked against you. God has your back. He created you guys to be strong and influential. It's a gift and a blessing.

Peace.
